1 Introduction & Applicability

By using the 09bad website (https://09bad.ws) or mobile app, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

09bad is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform built for users in Bangladesh. Our mission is to deliver an entertainment experience that is always fair, transparent, and secure.

Important: If you are under 18, creating an account or placing bets on 09bad is strictly prohibited. We enforce this policy through a thorough verification process.

09bad reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided via the website or app. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Management

The following rules must be followed to open an account with 09bad:

  • All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account termination.
  • Each individual may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
  • Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
  • Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to 09bad support immediately.
  • Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts.

Verification Process: 09bad may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. A copy of your National ID or passport may be required. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on 09bad are fully secure and transparent. However, certain rules must be followed.

  • The minimum deposit is 100 BDT and the maximum daily deposit is ৳5,00,000 BDT.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 BDT and the maximum single withdrawal is ৳50,000 BDT.
  • Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method — for example, if you deposit via bKash, your withdrawal must also go through bKash.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. All transactions must be made from an account registered in your own name.
  • If your deposit is delayed due to a processing issue, please contact support with your transaction receipt.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy: 09bad complies with anti-money laundering laws. If a suspicious transaction is identified, 09bad may suspend withdrawals pending verification and is obligated to report to the relevant authorities if necessary.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply strictly to all betting activity on 09bad:

  • The minimum bet per match is 10 BDT. Maximum bet limits vary by match.
  • Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Bets placed after a match has started will be settled at live odds, not pre-match odds.
  • If a match is abandoned or an insufficient number of overs are bowled, 09bad will refund the bet amount.
  • 09bad reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
  • Coordinated bets placed across multiple accounts on the same event (syndicate betting) are strictly prohibited.

09bad's betting system is fully automated. Odds and results are determined and announced automatically. In the event of any dispute over a match result, the decision of the official cricket or football authority shall be final.

5 Bonus & Reward Terms

09bad regularly offers a variety of bonuses and rewards. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the general rules are:

  • The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and applies once at the time of the first deposit.
  • A minimum of 5x (five times) wagering is required before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Only bets placed at odds of 1.5 or higher using bonus funds will count towards wagering requirements.
  • Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multiple bonus accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
  • Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • 09bad reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Please Note: Bonus funds and real funds are held in separate wallets. Winnings from bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements before they can be transferred to your main balance.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

09bad is firmly committed to responsible betting. Betting is a form of entertainment — not a means of earning a living or repaying debt.

  • Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits.
  • You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months using the self-exclusion option.
  • If signs of betting addiction are observed, 09bad's Welfare Team will provide confidential support.
  • If you are struggling with addiction, please contact our support team to get professional help.

7 Data Privacy & Security

8 Account Termination & Suspension

09bad may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

  • Opening an account with false or inaccurate information.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Involvement in betting fraud or match fixing.
  • Exploiting bonuses or taking advantage of system errors for personal gain.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
  • Involvement in money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.

Prior to any legitimate account closure, 09bad will refund any real-money balance (excluding bonuses). However, if fraud is established, the entire balance may be confiscated.

9 Dispute Resolution

If you wish to dispute the outcome of a bet or a transaction:

  • Start by reaching out to 09bad support via live chat or email.
  • Complaints must be submitted within 72 hours of the incident.
  • 09bad will review and respond to any complaint within 7 business days.
  • Decisions will be based on official scoreboards and match data.
  • 09bad's decisions are final and binding.

Technical Issues: 09bad is not liable for bets that fail to process due to server downtime or technical issues. However, any amount already deducted will be refunded.

10 Policy on Changes to Terms

09bad reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

  • Updated terms will be published on this page, along with a revised effective date.
  • For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or an in-app notification.
  • Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
  • Members have the right to close their account if they do not accept the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
